Koushik Roy is an Indian-Bengali actor who predominately works in films and television serials. He is well known for recurring the role of Krishna Sengupta in Star Jalsha’s romantic soap opera serial Bojhena Se Bojhena which is based on Hindi romantic serial Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?. Koushik is the recipient of several awards honored for his mesmerized acting. He has also worked in some Bengali films like Flyover, Bhagshesh, Maati and Ekla Cholo, Proloy.

Personal Life

Koushik Roy was born on 29 January 1992 in Baharampur, West Bengal. After completing studies, he went to Kolkata for taking acting course to become an actor. Koushik Roy tied the knots with Portia Roy. The couple is blessed with a daughter. He is an active member of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
